  • PIERCE clean baker potato with fork and microwave on HIGH until tender (large potatoes take up to 10 min.).
  • CUT potato open and fill with your favourite toppings (try 1 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits and 1 Tbsp. green onions). Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese.

Potato Pointers

Baby Potatoes (red or white) are smaller so they cook quickly and don't need to be peeled. The red-skinned variety look great in this dish.

Special Extra

Try other toppings such as chopped peppers and mushrooms and salsa.
