Time will tell, but one consideration is how thick you roll out the beef mixture. I decided to use fresh baby spinach - maybe I should have blanched them first - and when I rolled it up, the spinach leaves broke through the beef. It was a bit tricky to get transferred to the cooking dish, but it's in the oven now, and I'm sure it'll taste good even if it's not likely to win any beauty contests.
I had only 1 lb of beef, and used a different flavor StoveTop, but it still tasted great. My family don't normally eat meatloaf, but they gobbled this one up!
This recipe was a success... although I didn't use ground beef, I just ground chicken and it was awesome. I do plan on trying it with ground beef. The only thing was that I could not find the Stove Top stuffing, long grain and wild rice flavour... so I used regular Chicken Stove Top and add Italiano seasoning.
