This recipe is magically delicious, and extremely easy too! I don`t know which was better, the first night, as it was meant to be, or the next day turned into a tasty soup just by adding some cooked pasta, frozen peas and carrots, and a little beef broth. Soooooo good!
This is yummy! Made with hot sausage instead of sweet and used whole grain rice. Super quick too! The only thing I would change would be to add cut up boneless chicken breast instead of using bone in pieces. Yum!
Very easy to make - and tasty. However a little bit too salty - would use less chicken stock next time... or else just add more water.
