I use spicy red pepper or italian seasoned diced canned tomatoes for a bit more of a flavour kick. I also use homemade tri-coloured pasta so it is very filling and a hit whenever I have made it warm or cold at dinner parties or picnics. Will make this recipe whenever I need a pasta salad.
Amazing! So much flavour with very simple ingredients. Very easy to make and a nice change from traditional meat sauce. One of my favourite meals!
