Add your choice of fresh vegetables, such as mushrooms, red onion chunks, and/or red and green pepper pieces, to the kabobs before grilling as directed. Or, substitute them for the zucchini and/or cherry tomatoes.
Prepare using your favourite flavour of Diana Marinade.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
