  • Mix marinade, ketchup, oregano and lemon juice until blended. Combine meat and vegetables in large bowl. Add half the marinade mixture; mix lightly. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, stirring after 15 min.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Thread 2 pieces each meat, zucchini and tomatoes alternately onto each of 8 skewers.
  • Grill 10 to 12 min. or until meat is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining marinade mixture for the last few minutes.


Add your choice of fresh vegetables, such as mushrooms, red onion chunks, and/or red and green pepper pieces, to the kabobs before grilling as directed. Or, substitute them for the zucchini and/or cherry tomatoes.


Prepare using your favourite flavour of Diana Marinade.

How to Soak Wooden Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
