  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; stir. Cover; cook 15 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool.
  • Meanwhile, unfold pastry on parchment-covered baking sheet. Use tip of sharp knife to score lines, 1/2 inch from edges, around all sides of pastry. Prick centre of pastry evenly with fork. Bake 12 to 14 min. or until golden brown.
  • Spread pasta sauce onto pastry up to scored lines; top with Parmesan, onions, feta, olives and mozzarella.
  • Bake 13 to 15 min. or until edges of pastry are golden brown, and feta and mozzarella cheeses are melted. Remove from oven.
  • Top with arugula.


Substitute 2 cups sliced mushrooms for the onions.
