Made it for a pot-luck at the cottage. Everyone loved it, even the "older folks" who are not into eating healthy.
I made this for a family potluck and was amazed at the rave reviews. Most of the people had no idea what quinoa even was and they still loved.
I will definitely make this recipe again. It was my first time making and eating quinoa, and this recipe is very tasty. We did find it a bit salty, though. Next time I will cut back a bit on both the dressing and cheese to reduce the saltiness.
