To serve tuna in a tomato star, partially cut a large tomato into five or six edges, starting at top of tomato but being careful to not cut all of the way through to bottom of tomato. Gently pull tomato wedges apart. Fill center with tuna mixture; top with remaining olives.
Serve with Christie Wheat Thins Multi-Grain Crackers.
