  • Cook meat with peppers, yellow onions and garlic in large deep skillet on medium-high heat until meat is done, stirring frequently. Add chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Stir in salsa and hot sauce; bring just to boil. Stir in rice; simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add green onions and half the cheese; mix well.
  • Remove from heat. Top with remaining cheese.

Special Extra

Garnish with 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
