  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add eggs, sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Add bread; stir until evenly coated.
  • Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool slightly.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1 tsp. sifted icing sugar before serving topped with thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
