  • Place unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwaveable plate; top with salsa, shredded cheese and olives.
  • Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cheddar cheese is melted; sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Serve with Ritz or Triscuit Crackers.

Special Extra

Spoon 1/2 cup refried beans over the cream cheese before topping with the salsa, shredded cheese and olives. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until cheddar cheese is melted. Continue as directed.

    Loved it! I served with a variety of tortilla chips. You definitely need the cilantro (or other strong herb).

    This dip is fantastic, I made it to take to a baby shower and everyone loved it, have made it again several times, make sure you have a hot salsa as the philly takes the heat out of just normal salsa

    This is so quick & easy to make. You could change it up in so many ways, depending what you have on hand. I served it with torilla chips and multigrain rice crackers. I also used light cream cheese and light shreds. It was still delicious.
