  • Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers, onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min. Add shrimp and remaining dressing; cook 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Stir in chili powder; cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat. Add half the cheese to shrimp mixture; mix well.
  • Serve shrimp mixture wrapped in tortillas. Top with remaining cheese.

Special Extra

Serve with salsa, sour cream, fresh cilantro and lime wedges.

How to Warm the Tortillas

Stack the tortillas; wrap in foil. Bake in 350ºF oven 10 min. or just until warmed.


Omit tortillas. Serve shrimp mixture with 2-2/3 cups hot cooked rice.
