  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Mix dressing and cilantro until blended. Rinse corn; shake gently to remove excess water. Brush with half the dressing mixture.
  • Grill 5 to 7 min. on each side or until corn is tender and evenly charred on all sides. Transfer to platter.
  • Brush with remaining dressing mixture; top with cheese.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with crushed red pepper before topping with the cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
