  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and lime juice. Refrigerate 40 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • Whisk in Cool Whip until blended. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • Cut 4 thin slices from part of the lime; remove zest from remaining lime. Use to garnish desserts just before serving.

How to Use the Leftover Zested Lime Piece

Squeeze juice from remaining zested lime into glasses of sparkling water for added flavour.


Substitute fresh orange or grapefruit juice for the lime juice.
