  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  • Add vegetables, garlic, chili powder and crushed pepper to skillet; stir. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring frequently.
  • Mix chili sauce and vinegar until blended; pour over chicken. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring sauce occasionally.
