  • Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 4 min., stirring frequently.
  • Add meat and garlic; cook 10 min. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients except beans; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 25 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Add beans; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.


Prepare using lean ground turkey or chicken.

Special Extra

Add a little heat to the chili by stirring thinly sliced jalapeño peppers into the cooked onions in saucepan along with the meat and garlic.
