  • BROWN 1 lb. lean ground beef in frypan; drain off fat.
  • STIR in entire contents of 1 pkg Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese.
  • ADD a 19 fl. oz, 540 mL can of chili-style stewed tomatoes and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Cover (with lid or foil) and simmer until macaroni is cooked, about 15 min.
  • TOP with 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese. Lower heat, cover and let stand until cheese melts.

    This meal was delicious. I doubled it and ate the leftovers the next day. My daughter, who NEVER goes for seconds, went for seconds!

    I make a variation of this recipe. I season the beef with cumin and chili powder while cooking and instead of chili stewed tomatoes, I use about 1/2 cup of salsa then top with my favorite taco veggies and sour cream. Very flavorful.
