  • Mix cream cheese product and egg in medium bowl until blended.
  • Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in bread until evenly coated.
  • Spoon into microwaveable mug or small bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until centre is set.

Special Extra

Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. maple syrup before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve topped with fresh raspberries.

How to Make for Six

To make a larger version of this dish, heat conventional oven to 350ºF. Mix 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Product and 4 beaten eggs in large bowl. Add 1-1/2 cups milk and 1 tsp. vanilla; mix well. Stir in 6 cups bread cubes until evenly coated. Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid. Bake 40 min. or until centre is set, uncovering for the last 5 min. Makes 6 servings.

Keeping it Safe

Mug will be hot. Wrap kitchen towel around mug before removing cooked French toast from microwave to serve.
