Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull jelly mixture from around edge with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert plate and mold; holding mold and plate together, shaking slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and centre jelly mixture on plate.
Substitute cold ginger ale for the club soda.
Prepare as directed, using Jell-O No Sugar Added Lemon Jelly Powder.
