This dessert is very unique. The carbon dioxide bubbles with the Jell-O gives and interesting texture with an intense flavour of the club soda. The only downside for some people would be that the mandarin oranges sink and the strawberries float so they aren't evenly distributed throughout the dessert but it gives an unique visual effect. Overall a simple and popular dessert.
This was very good. The fruit goes very good together. I will make this again.
