  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip and milk until blended.
  • Spoon spinach into 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed generously with cooking spray; top with cheese. Spoon egg mixture into cups.
  • Bake 17 to 20 min. or until centres are set and tops are golden brown. Immediately run knife around edge of quiches, then remove from pan to serve.

Mini Ham and Swiss Quiches

Prepare as directed, substituting 75 g chopped sliced deli ham for the spinach and shredded Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese for the feta.

Mini Cheddar and Broccoli Quiches

Prepare as directed, substituting 1-1/2 cups blanched small broccoli florets for the spinach and Kraft Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese for the feta.
