  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray each phyllo sheet with cooking spray and layer onto one another. Cut into twelve 4-inch squares. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended.
  • Evenly divide ham, asparagus and cheese into muffin cups. Pour egg mixture over top.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until centre is set and phyllo is golden brown. Serve warm.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped chives before serving.

For extra flavour, add 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers to filling before pouring into muffin cups.
