this was my 1st time making it, so i have nothing to compare it to, but it was very easy and tasty...i didnt add the dill weed but overall it was good, im not an egg fan but i would make this again
On the second line "BEAT...." it clearly states "BEAT whole eggs, EGGS WHITES and water"!!!! The egg whites will make the mini frittatas fluffier. I plan to make these for a brunch I am having before Christmas.
