  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in pasta sauce and basil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Mix egg, ricotta, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and Parmesan until blended.
  • Line each of 12 muffin pan cups with 2 won ton wrappers, overlapping edges as necessary to completely cover bottom and side of each cup. Spoon 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture into each prepared cup; top with 1 Tbsp. meat mixture. Cover with remaining won ton wrappers; press lightly into filling to secure. Top with layers of remaining ricotta mixture, meat mixture and shredded cheese.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until filling is heated through and won ton cups are crisp. Cool 5 min. before removing cups from muffin pans to serve.


To prepare as appetizers, line each of 48 mini muffin pan cups with 1 won ton wrapper. Fill with remaining ingredients, then bake as directed, omitting the won ton layer in filling in each cup.
