  • Bring water to boil in saucepan. Add mint; stir. Remove from heat. Let stand 30 min.
  • Add drink mixes to 2-L glass or plastic pitcher. Pour flavoured water through fine-mesh strainer into pitcher; stir until mixes are dissolved. Discard strained solids.
  • Refrigerate tea 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Pour tea over frozen peaches in 4 glasses just before serving.

Special Extra

When serving adults at a special celebration, stir 1/2 cup bourbon or spiced rum into the prepared drink in pitcher if desired. Refrigerate, then pour over peaches as directed just before serving.

Special Extra

Garnish filled glasses with sprigs of additional fresh mint before serving.
