For added colour and flavour, tint marshmallows green before using as directed. To tint the marshmallows, place marshmallows in resealable plastic bag. Add 1 drop green food colouring and a dash of mint extract; seal bag. Shake bag gently until marshmallows are evenly tinted.
Prepare recipe as directed, doubling all ingredients. Keep warm in a slow cooker. Serve with a ladle and an assortment of colourful mugs.
