  • Mix Miracle Whip, rice, broth and chili powder in large skillet. Top with chicken.
  • Bring to boil on medium heat; cover. Simmer on low heat 25 min.
  • Top with remaining ingredients; cook, covered, 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

    I put curry instead of chili. Tastes great.

    I never had any chicken broth so I used beef broth, I used barbequed flavor chicken breast which I cut in half. Also I never had any tomatoes so I used a bottle of homemade stewed tomatoes and for the cheese I used medium cheddar and mozzarella. It was very tasty and enjoy by all.
