These are very good. I have been making them for many years and always enjoyed by all. I use a food processor to blend the yolk & miracle whip to make it totally lump free and very light & creamy. If it is not creamy enough, then I add a bit more Miracle Whip. Then it is easier to use icing bag to fill eggs.
Boy did my staff go crazy for these.
