Very quick easy and delicious. If you are having chocolate chips form a layer in the bottom of pan, dust them with a little flour or cocoa powder before mixing them in. This trick works with nuts as well.
This was fantastic. As I buy my chocolate chips in a large bag, I used 1.5 cups of chocolate chips in place of a 300g package. Cooked for 30 minutes and it was perfect. I think next time I will mix the chocolate chips with half white chocolate chips in both the mix and topping.
Love it! I sprinkled 1/2 cup of skor bits on the top as well... so delicous will make again soon. Plus no dirty dishes but the pan :)
