  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Whisk water and 3 Tbsp. flour in medium saucepan until blended; bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add dry jelly powder; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
  • Combine fruit in 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour jelly mixture over fruit.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until fruit mixture is hot and bubbly.
  • Meanwhile, combine baking powder and remaining flour in medium bowl. Cut in cream cheese product with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  • Spoon dough into 8 mounds over fruit mixture. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until biscuit topping is golden brown.

Food Facts

Heating the fruit before adding the topping helps prevent the biscuit topping from becoming soggy on the underside.

Special Extra

Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream.

Blueberry-Peach Cobbler

Prepare as directed, using Jell-O Peach Jelly Powder, 4 cups sliced fresh peaches and 2 cups blueberries.
