Tastes great. Processed the cottage cheese until it was really smooth and mixed the whipped topping into the mixture.
it was awful. tasted nothing like it sounds.
I detest cottage cheese and was looking for a way to make it more palatable since it's so darn healthy. I'm very glad I came across this recipe because now I will never hate cottage cheese again! The key is to process the mixture for a fairly long time until it is as smooth as possible. It ends up thick and creamy and rich, and tastes almost like mocha cheesecake. Just wonderful!
