  • Add coffee to hot chocolate mix in large heatproof pitcher; stir until mix is completely dissolved.

For a Cool Variation

Prepare as directed; cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve over ice.

Single Serving

Pour 1 envelope hot chocolate mix into large cup or mug. Add 3/4 cup hot freshly brewed coffee; stir until mix is completely dissolved.

Special Extra

For a coffee house touch, stir with a cinnamon stick.

    I give this a big... MEH! I've made this a hundred times before, it's not nearly the same as getting a cafe mocha... but it squelches the craving for a while.

    Excellent balance of sweetness and coffee! I usually find it hard to get that perfect balance of chocolate and coffee, but this was perfect!
