  • Pour milk into medium bowl. Add coffee granules; beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Add pudding mix and cinnamon; whisk an additional 2 minutes or until well blended. Fold in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping.
  • Pour into 6 individual dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and serve.


For stronger coffee flavour, prepare as directed increasing instant coffee to 2 Tbsp.

    This was the best mousse I've ever had! I look forward to making this recipe again and again. I made it for Thanksgiving and I served it in delicious chocolate bowls! They tasted perfect together!

    What an awesome recipe! I added a few crushed chocolate wafers just for texture. I also added half a tbsp more coffee and a bit more cool whip. Delicious!

    it was delisous and i would love to make it again.i think i may make it maybe every month about once a week and then see how long i can go withour the other deserts that i usally buy from the's probabley the best thing i have ever had in my life
