  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Process first 7 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add baking powder; process until well blended. Pour into parchment-lined 8-inch square pan; smooth top with spatula.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool completely.
  • Melt white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over brownies. Cool until firm.

Pour melted chocolate into small resealable plastic bag; cut small piece off bottom corner of bag. Use to drizzle chocolate over brownies.

    The quinoa gives the brownies a somewhat grainy texture but they are VERY tasty and super moist and fudgy. I omitted the white chocolate and added some chocolate chips.
