  • Mix drink mix, water and rum in 1.5-L plastic or glass pitcher until mix is dissolved.
  • Stir in club soda and mint.
  • Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with lime slices.

How to Make a Single-Serve Drink

For a single-serve drink, prepare using 1 pkt. (2.4 g) Crystal Light Singles Lemon Lime Low Calorie Drink Mix and decreasing both the water and club soda to 1 cup each, and decreasing the rum to 1/4 cup. Garnish with a slice of lime and sprig of fresh mint.

Non-Alcoholic Variation

Omit rum. Prepare as directed, increasing the water to 3 cups and adding a few drops of rum extract with the water.

Make Ahead

Drink can be made ahead of time. Stir in club soda and mint just before serving. Garnish with lime slices.
