  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/4 cup liquid; discard remaining liquid. Mix reserved liquid with half the stuffing mix, Italian seasoning and egg in large bowl. Add meat; mix well. Press onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine tomatoes, remaining stuffing mix and onions; spread over meat mixture. Cover.
  • Bake 45 min.; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve this comfort-food classic with hot mashed potatoes and a steamed fresh vegetable, such as broccoli.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil just before serving.
