  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Separate biscuits; press each into 4-inch round. Place 1 dough round in each of 10 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Combine egg product, peppers, onions and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon into cups.
  • Bake 15 min. or until centres are set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

How to Turn Your Morning Into a Fiesta

Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese or Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese for extra flavour and heat.

Make Ahead

Bake egg cups as directed. Cool completely, then freeze in airtight container up to 3 months. When ready to serve, place on microwaveable plate and microwave on HIGH 45 sec. or until heated through. No need to thaw first!
