this was easy and tasted great. It did not heat well for a 2nd meal though.
I enjoyed this chicken. I used what I had in the fridge and garden. I used Kraft 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese, basil from my garden and diced up a fresh tomato. I served it with white rice.
It wasn't quite as flavorful as I expected it to be. If I do make it again, I would either marinate the chicken in the dressing first, or make a balsamic reduction to drizzle over the top once it's cooked.
