This turned out pretty good and was a nice change from the usual chicken dishes that we have. I used bacon bits on top instead of crumbled bacon strips. I also used a sharp knife to cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuffed the filling into the pocket instead. I found this method easier than pounding the chicken breast and rolling it with the cream cheese mixture.
Enjoyed this stuffed chicken also.
Will continue making it for my family.
