  • Heat oven to 325ºF.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup croutons for later use. Combine remaining croutons with cheese, chili sauce and mint.
  • Place meat, cut side up, on work surface; spread with crouton mixture. Roll up, starting at one long side, being careful to completely enclose filling; tie closed with butcher's twine. Crush reserved croutons; sprinkle over meat.
  • Bake 1-1/2 hours or until meat is done (160ºF). Let stand 10 min. Cut off twine before slicing meat to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with roasted potatoes, and hot cooked fresh green beans or asparagus.
