For a festive touch, prepare a garnish of candied orange zest. Use a cocktail zester to grate the orange peel into long thin strands. Bring 1/4 cup each sugar and additional water to boil in small saucepan, stirring frequently until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in orange zest; simmer 3 min., stirring occasionally. Cool 1 hour. Drain and discard liquid. Spread orange zest into single layer on parchment paper; let stand until dried. Use candied orange zest to garnish the Jigglers before serving.
Substitute grape juice for the red wine.
Having an adult party? If so, you can substitute your favourite red wine for the non-alcoholic wine.
