We love our cookie balls so much that we had to come up with a few Halloween versions. These Mummy Cookie Balls won't disappoint!

  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
  • Shape into 36 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Meanwhile, melt 10 oz. white chocolate as directed on package.
  • Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. (Re-freeze balls if they become too soft to dip.) Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • Melt remaining white chocolate as directed on package; spoon into small resealable plastic bag. Press out excess air from bag; seal. Cut 1/8-inch piece from one bottom corner of bag. Use to pipe chocolate onto balls to resemble gauze strips. Refrigerate 10 min. or until firm.
  • Repeat melting process for the semi-sweet chocolate; pour into separate resealable plastic bag then use to pipe chocolate onto each ball for the mummy's eyes.

For Easier Dipping

Use a fork to dip each cookie ball into melted chocolate; allow excess chocolate to drip through tines of fork, then place ball on prepared baking sheet.

Special Extra

Decorate cookie balls with miniature chocolate chips, candies, and/or Halloween-themed sprinkles.

How to Store

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

How to Melt Chocolate in Microwave

Microwave 1 oz. Baker's Chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. (The piece will retain its shape). Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add 10 sec. for each additional ounce of chocolate.
