  • Cook meat with vegetables in large nonstick skillet until meat is done, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min. Meanwhile, cut bread into small pieces; place in medium bowl. Add milk; stir to evenly moisten bread pieces. Let stand until ready to use.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Add parsley, egg and bread to meat mixture; mix just until blended. Combine pasta sauce and water; pour half into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Fill cannelloni with meat mixture; place in prepared dish. Top with remaining pasta sauce, being careful to completely cover cannelloni. Cover with foil.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until heated through.

Substitute

Prepare using lean ground beef.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese before baking as directed.
