  • Toss chicken with flour until evenly coated. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned on both sides, turning after 3 min. Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min., stirring frequently to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in pasta sauce and herbs; bring to boil. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over chicken. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).


Prepare using 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in half.


Prepare using your favourite variety of Catelli Pasta Sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked pasta and steamed fresh green beans.
