  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 6 to 8 min. or until mushrooms are tender and golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce and water; bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  • Spread 1/3 of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of 1/3 each of the noodles, pepperoni and cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, pasta sauce, pepperoni and cheese; cover.
  • Bake 50 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 40 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.
