This stunning but simple mushroom strudel will make you look like a superstar chef. Sautéed mushrooms and onions are wrapped in a pastry crust with shredded cheese to create this warm mushroom entrée.

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook and stir vegetables in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until tender. Cool 10 min.; drain.
  • Unroll dough on baking sheet; pat into 12x4-inch rectangle, firmly press perforations and seams together to seal. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon vegetable mixture down one long side of dough; roll up lengthwise, starting at vegetable-topped side. Rearrange log, if necessary, so log is seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. before slicing to serve.

Note

Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves drizzled with your favourite Kraft Dressing.

Variation

Prepare using Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese.
