  • Heat barbecue to high medium-heat.
  • Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350ºF.
  • Rub pepper evenly onto roast. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spread onto meaty areas of roast.
  • Spray large sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray; place on barbecue grate over unlit area. Place roast, bone sides down, on foil; cover. Grill 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until roast is cooked to 150ºF. Remove roast from barbecue; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 15 to 20 min. or until medium (160ºF) or desired doneness before serving.

Creative Leftovers

Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. Spread cut sides of partially split crusty French bread buns with Miracle Whip Original Spread. Fill with lettuce and sliced leftover meat.
