  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Combine beans, marinade, peppers and yellow onions in disposable foil pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover loosely with foil.
  • Grill 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Mash beans lightly with back of spoon; stir. Top with rice. Mix chili sauce, cilantro and lime juice until blended; spread over rice. Sprinkle with cheese. Grill 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with sour cream and green onions. Serve with chips.

Variation

Substitute canned black beans for the kidney beans and/or long-grain brown rice for the white rice.
