  • Beat pudding mix, milk and vanilla bean paste in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  • Stand nectarine pieces, cut sides out, around bottom edges of 6 (5-oz.) paper cups.
  • Pour pudding mixture into prepared cups. Gently tap bottoms of cups on counter to release any air bubbles.
  • Insert wooden pop stick into centre of each cup.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Peel off cups before serving.

Special Extra

Dip bottom half of each unmolded frozen pop in your favourite melted Baker's Chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze until firm before serving.
