  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix baking crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate and sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
  • Bake 1 hour 5 min. to 1 hour 10 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.

Make Ahead

This luscious cheesecake can be prepared in advance. Cool completely, then wrap tightly and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve topped with fresh berries or a drizzle of dulce de leche (sweetened milk caramel).
