  • Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of parchment-lined 9-inch springform pan.
  • Process all remaining ingredients except Cool Whip in food processor until smooth; spoon into medium bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip until blended. Pour over crust; smooth top.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cheesecake just before serving; remove rim.


For a gluten-free cheesecake, substitute crushed gluten-free cookies for the graham crumbs.
